Appearing in solo and chamber recitals around the world, Cassandra Fox-Percival has performed throughout the United States, Italy, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Myanmar and China. Currently she is in her third year as professor of Clarinet at College of Music, Bansomjet Chaopraya Rajabhat University. Previously she was on the music faculty at Mahidol University, College of Music from 2007-2016.  Where in addition to instructing the clarinet studio and directing the Mahidol Clarinet Choir, she taught Clarinet Literature and Pedagogy classes.  Before coming to Thailand, Ms. Fox-Percival was the Clarinet Instructor at the Ann Arbor School for the Performing Arts, and was on the summer faculty at the Cazadero Performing Arts Camp and Laughing Horse Music Festival.

Ms. Fox-Percival has been the International Clarinet Association (ICA), Thailand representative since 2009.  She is also the Co-Founder of the Thailand International Clarinet Academy(TICA) in Bangkok, Thailand, now in its third year. With students she has attended the International Clarinet Festivals (ICA) in Ostend, Belgium (2018) Assisi, Italy (2013), Los Angeles, California (2011)and Kansas City, Kansas (2008).Ms. Fox-Percival has given guest Master classes in Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, China and the Americas. Additionally she has been the clarinet instructor of SAYOWE (The Southeast Asia Youth Orchestra and Wind Ensemble) since 2007 and was given a research grant to study “The Effects of SAYOWE on Music in Southeast Asia”.  In Dec 2018  she traveled to Latin America playing and giving master classes throughout Peru, Brazil and Colombia.

Ms. Fox-Percival was a member of the Thailand Philharmonic for 6 years playing Bass Clarinet and Clarinet.  Additionally she played with the Faculty Woodwind Quintet and the Classic Trio for 9 years..  She received her Masters of Music Degree from University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Music Degree from University of Oregon.  Her primary teachers include Deborah Chodacki, Fred Ormand; University of Michigan; Yehuda Gilad, USC, Monica Kaenzig, Los Angeles Philharmonic, and bass clarinetist Dennis Smylie at the Aspen Music Festival.

The accomplishments of her clarinet students include clarinet professor at Zhaoquing University, attending Conservatoire de Versailles in France,  Royal Academy of Music in London,University of Music and Arts in Graz, Conservatorire Royal de Musique de Liege in Belgium, 2nd clarinet in Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra, 1st prizein Settrade Competition 2014(pre-college division), 1st and 2nd prize in Thailand’s First International Clarinet Competition 2013 (pre-college division), 3rd prize in Thailand’s First International Clarinet Competition 2013 (adult division), 1st prize in13thOsaka Japan International Music Competition 2012, 1st prize TIWEC (Thailand International Wind Ensemble and Chamber Music Competition) small ensemble competition 2012 and 2010. Additionally her chamber  and clarinet choir groups have performed at the International Clarinet Association 2013 Clarinet Festival in Assisi, Italy and again in Ostend, Belgium 2018.
